The Brione was invented by Grandma Fernanda in the early 50s, first offering spit-roasted chicken to the first travelers on the lake, and then renting out beds.Today, the grandkids Andrea and Alessandra are trying to learn from Dad Carlo and Mom Linda, in a facility that has become much larger but strives to defend its family spirit with all its might.The rooms have gone through various renovations; the pool and garden did not exist before. We like to call it the "green lung." Green Resort because when we were born there was nothing or nearly nothing between us and our beloved Monte Brione, and we are more connected to the Mediterranean flora that characterizes it than anything else. And if we’re not all a little more green, we have little future ahead of us.
