The “ sbigolada “ of Nago and Torbole lake Garda

Tasteful spaghetti and salted lake fish. This are the principal ingredients of traditional  specialties of the local cuisine: spaghetti with fish sauce, the so called “ bigoi in salsa di aole”.
Wonderful also the recipes of the spaghetti in meat sauce offered in the beautiful village of Nago during the last day of the carnival. Don’t miss it !

“Polenta and  mortadella” in Varone (Riva del Garda)

Polenta and mortadella , is a traditional 300-year-old festival held in Varone, that concludes the carnival festivities.
Polenta backed on wood burning fire, and spiced mortadella: simply and genuine products, to re experience the traditional dishes of Lake Garda.
